Class Size: Small groups (3 people per class) for a more personalized experience

All personalized one-on-one sessions are held at our private home gym in Brampton. It’s a safe, quiet, and comfortable space designed to help you focus on your goals.

No problem! We offer online training sessions via Zoom or video call, so you can train from the comfort of your home—anywhere in Canada or worldwide.

Not at all. While our brand promotes modest options, you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Our focus is on empowering all women in their fitness journey.

We offer:

  • 1-on-1 Personal Coaching (custom fitness plans)
  • Small Group Classes (cardio, strength & flexibility)
  • Online Virtual Training (Zoom or video guidance)

Each session is 60 minutes, giving us enough time to warm up, train effectively, and cool down safely.

Yes! Your first session is completely free and includes a full fitness consultation, goal setting, and movement assessment. It’s a great way for us to get to know your needs and help you feel confident before starting your training journey.

Just bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes. If you're training online, make sure you have a mat and some space to move.
