Each session is 60 minutes, giving us enough time to warm up, train effectively, and cool down safely.
Yes! Your first session is completely free and includes a full fitness consultation, goal setting, and movement assessment. It’s a great way for us to get to know your needs and help you feel confident before starting your training journey.
Just bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes. If you're training online, make sure you have a mat and some space to move.
